Functional monomers of molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs)

Used for preparing imprinting materials with high selective recognition ability for specific target molecules (such as barbiturates, caffeic acid, rutin, etc.), suitable for separation, purification, and sensing detection.

Solid phase extraction materials

In the form of P4VP copolymer composite microspheres, it is used for efficient extraction and detection of artificially synthesized pigments (such as lemon yellow, erythrice red, sunset yellow) in beverages and candies, with a recovery rate of 89.94% to 105.51%.

Electrode modification material

In the electrochemical CO ₂ reduction reaction, P4VP copolymer can promote the physical enrichment and chemical activation of low concentration CO ₂ (such as 10% industrial flue gas), resulting in a CO Faraday efficiency of over 90% on CoPc catalyst.

Intelligent response materials

It can be used to construct pH responsive block copolymers (such as P4VP-b-PEG), which have potential applications in biomedical fields such as drug delivery and tissue engineering.

Ion exchange and adsorption materials

Pyridine groups can form complexes with heavy metal ions or organic acids, and are used in water treatment to remove pollutants such as As (V), Cr (VI), resorcinol, etc.

Catalysis and additives

As a carrier for three-phase reaction catalysts, or used for modification and reinforcement of rubber, paper, and fibers. ‌

Gas separation membrane components

Composite with coordinated nanocages (CNCs) can enhance the separation performance of gases such as CO ₂/CH ₄.
